Too much to do? Not enough time?

Time management is directly related to Personal Productivity, and it does not come naturally to most. It is a learned set of intentional practices executed strategically in both our business and personal lives.

When teams speak the same language by following the same best practices, your personal productivity will dramatically improve.

Our Time Management program helps teams and individuals learn:

  • How, when, and what tools to use when planning?

  • How to prioritize and delegate more effectively?

  • How to deal with interruptions (internal and external)?

  • How to get more done in the same amount of time with less stress and conflict?

Your Results

Our team will facilitate up to 6 members of your team in two 2 hour sessions in concurrent weeks virtually or in person, with the purpose of building the foundation of good time management habits for the entire group. After the Time Management series, your team will:

  • Speak the same personal productivity language.

  • Understand a simple process to set and achieve their goals.

  • Be responsible for their time AND the time of others.

  • Be more skilled at executing the objectives of the organization.

  • Understand how to reduce interruptions both to and from other people.

  • Have a way to schedule and prioritize their day, each and every day.

  • Improve their productivity in order to improve the productivity of the organization.

Time Management Sessions

  • A 1-hour planning session with the leadership team.

  • (2) two-hour facilitated sessions with up to 6 team members, in concurrent weeks.

  • Tools for goal-setting, prioritizing, delegation, reducing interruptions, and calendar management.
