Jeffrey Rudd

Jeff began his career 28 years ago by honing his personal productivity and business development skills through a program developed by the Leadership Management Institute and its founder, Paul J. Meyer. These skills have been instrumental in Jeff's professional journey, as he has held various positions including salesman, software trainer, project manager, program manager, and director for five different software companies, while traveling across the US, South America, Europe, and Asia.

In 2002, Jeff founded CMO America, a consumer products manufacturer and distributor, and launched the brand ZipKord Solutions. This innovative brand introduced the first Retractable headset to the market, aimed at simplifying consumers' lives by helping them 'Untangle Your World.'

Over the past 18 years, Jeff has expertly led CMO America as its CEO and president, transforming it into a dynamic organization that consistently reinvented itself to stay relevant and focused on current trends and future opportunities. He had been responsible for driving the company's vision, strategy, and overall direction, ensuring it remained adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions.

Jeff's leadership skills have been vital in building strong relationships with mass retailers and global organizations. By fostering a partner mentality, he has successfully aligned the objectives of vendors and customers to serve the needs of both consumers and the companies involved. As CEO, Jeff has overseen crucial aspects of the business, including financial management, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and risk management.

Jeff's extensive experience and proven track record in various roles have equipped him with a deep understanding of what it takes to lead a successful company. His commitment to adaptability, collaboration, and innovation has made him an exemplary asset, capable of guiding organizations toward sustainable growth and success.

 

Hallie Visaggio

Hallie is a seasoned COO with over 17 years of diverse experience in logistics, sales and marketing, website strategy, SEO, e-commerce, operations and more. She is an expert in establishing a strong foundation for businesses and their leadership teams, enabling them to scale intelligently and effectively. Hallie has played a pivotal role in operational strategy development, helping businesses identify unique strengths, competitive advantages, and developing streamlined processes.

Hallie has collaborated with numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as local nonprofit organizations, including the Literacy Council of Southwest Florida, Harry Chapin Food Bank, and Impact100 SRQ. Her vast experience has allowed her to manage a wide range of operational responsibilities, such as supply chain management, vendor management, performance metrics, and talent management.

A Sarasota native, Hallie began her career working with one of the largest distributors in the US. Her exposure to corporate mergers and intricate system integrations ignited her passion for process optimization and scalability. Throughout her career, Hallie has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions while minimizing disruptions to business operations.

Hallie excels at designing and executing simple, repeatable programs and procedures for small to medium-sized businesses. She is adept at assessing existing technology infrastructure and identifying opportunities for new technologies or systems to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. Additionally, Hallie is skilled at developing and maintaining comprehensive business continuity plans.

One of Hallie's key strengths is her ability to collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify and implement improvements to the customer journey. By optimizing the customer experience, she helps businesses maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive brand experiences, ultimately contributing to their growth and success.
