What’s Rapid Implementation Planning (RIP)?

Our Rapid Implementation Planning (RIP) sessions bring a cross-section of your team together to openly discuss and capture your company’s issues and objectives to align everyone and create a clear action plan for your team to implement.

RIPs sound simple, and they are when executed by experienced professionals. Our team will:

  • Talk to your leadership to understand your objectives.

  • Come together with your cross-function team and facilitate you through a 2-4 hour meeting to get all your ideas out of your collective minds and onto a whiteboard where we will Identify, Discuss, and Solve (IDS) your issues, set your annual goals and create Rocks (aka quarterly goals).

  • Our team will capture all the information discussed so that your team can be 100% present in the room and focused on the discussion.

Your Results

After the Rapid Implementation Planning session, our team will organize the notes into a digestible format, and present the information to your leadership to decide the best next steps for your team.

The RIP becomes the basis for your quarterly review with a list of your issues, goals, and rocks (90-day goals) that are assigned to each different group in your organization, and individuals within those groups.

You will then have an action plan that you can discuss internally on a weekly basis to track progress and help keep your team focused on the direction you want the company to go.
