Jeffrey Rudd

Jeff started his career working with clients to develop their personal productivity and business development skills over 28 years ago with a program developed by the Leadership Management Institute and its founder Paul J. Meyer. 

The skills learned helped Jeff as he navigated the world of business as a salesperson, software trainer, project manager, program manager, and director for 5 different software companies while traveling the world from the USA to S. America, Europe, and Asia. 

In 2002 Jeff founded CMO America, a consumer products manufacture and distributor.  He created the brand ZipKord Solutions which delivered the first Retractable headset to the market to help 'Untangle Your World'. 

Over the past 18 years, Jeff has led CMO America as it grew into a living organization that continuously reinvents itself to remain relevant, keeping its focus on What's NOW and What's NEXT.  

By working with mass retailers and global organizations Jeff has helped implement a partner mentality of working together to align the drivers of vendors and customers to serve the needs of the consumers and the companies involved. 

Hallie Visaggio

Hallie Visaggio is a Sarasota native who started
her career working with one of the largest distributors in the US. Her
experience with corporate mergers and complex system integrations led her
to her passion for process and scalability. 

 

Hallie has over 15 years of experience spanning
from logistics, sales and marketing, website strategy, SEO, e-commerce and
more. Hallie believes in setting up a strong foundation for businesses and
entrepreneurs to scale in a smart, sustainable way is the key to long term
success. 

 

In her past roles, Hallie has worked with many
different fortune 500 companies along with many local nonprofit organizations
such as the Literacy Council of SW Florida, the Harry Chapin Food Bank, and Impact100
SRQ. 

 

Hallie specializes in implementing simple, repeatable
programs and procedures for small to medium-sized businesses and believes that
every company, no matter the size, can succeed with the right team and vision
in place.

Alignment Consulting is a natural evolution enabling Jeff and Hallie to work directly with small and medium-sized businesses to help them identify their culture, goals, and motivations in order to simplify their focus and achieve the results they want.
